InterMapper Network Monitoring and Alerting See your network like never before InterMapper's active maps give a visual, real-time view of traffic flows through and between critical network devices and links. It also queries your servers to let you know when you have problemseven before your customers call. Make informed decisions InterMapper 4.1 adds several major features: Monitor key servers Write your own TCP or SNMP-based probes, or use plugins/scripts from the Nagios® or Big Brother programs to perform tests that aren't part of the base InterMapper package. Host Resources MIB InterMapper can now show the processor, memory and disk utilization for any server or workstation that supports the Host Resources MIB. Historical Strip charts InterMapper provides a historical view of various data. You can easily create strip charts to show how different traffic, utilization, error rates, etc. have changed over time. Multiple notification options InterMapper can now invoke programs "from the command line" to respond to outages or problems as well as making sounds, or sending e-mails and pages. InterMapper ® is now available for Macintosh OS X and Classic, and Windows NT/2000/XP/2003, as well as Solaris (SPARC and x86), Linux (RedHat, SuSE, Mandrake, Debian), and FreeBSD. InterMapper Remote is available now for MacOS X, Windows NT/2000/XP/2003, and Unix/Linux in single copies and multi-packs, InterMapper Remote allows you to view and control networks maps, in real-time, in and from multiple locations.
